Each 1.5 hour session is a mix of physical activity - Taiji and interactive, play-based activities linked to positive and mindfulness psychology research and tools.

Venue & practice space


To foster a calm and comfortable environment, and personalised learning tailored to each person's needs, we keep to a smaller more exclusive group size. We love intergenerational learning and welcome all ages and backgrounds. Session will be conducted in English, with occasional mandarin, when needed.
