Event Background

We are facing a worrying trend. Our little ones’ attention span and resilience to overcome challenges are rapidly shrinking. At the same time, more and more children are finding it difficult to cope with pressures in school and life - leading to potential mental health-related problems in their later years.

First-of-its-kind East-meets-west programme

This is why we created the School of Mindfulness and Taiji (SoMaT) - a first-of-its-kind East-meets-west programme that combines ancient Chinese wisdom with evidence-backed psychology insights and tools to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being with mindfulness as the anchor.
