Recharge though Mindfulness and Taiji in Nature

Slow down and experience mindful moments in tranquil Pasir Ris Park and the less known, carefully preserved mangrove forest within. Decompress and reconnect body-mind-spirit through original ancient Taiji and a mindful walk

When & Where

16 Nov 2024, 7:15 am – 10:00 am

Pasir Ris Park Area 1, Pasir Ris, Singapore 506927

Event Background

Physically and mentally escape busy city life by slowing down and experience mindful moments in tranquil Pasir Ris Park and the less known, carefully preserved mangrove forest within.

Decompress and reconnect body-mind-spirit through original ancient Taiji and a mindful walk to soak in sights and sounds of the lush green coastal habitat of unique plants and animals.

Mangroves act as a buffer between land and sea to help halt erosion of the coast by breaking the strong forces of waves. The Pasir Ris Mangrove Forest is home to 300 bird species like the White-collared Kingfisher, Little Egret, and Oriental Pied Hornbill, as well as young animals and fish that hide in the dense mangrove breathing roots like Mud Lobsters, Mudskippers, and Water Monitors.
