Facilitated by professionally trained and avid mindfulness and Taiji practitioners who are focused on cultivating mind-body-heart flow, and experienced working with children, working adults and seniors from age 3 to 80.

*Wudang Zhaobao Taijiquan is recognised as the authentic original Taiji and named "intangible cultural heritage" in China. A 500-600 year-old practice developed by Zhang Sanfeng, the secular, traditional ancient Taiji centres around body and mental relaxation, traditional Chinese medicine, and cultivating qi (internal energy) for physical health, mental well-being, and self-defense. Session will be conducted in English.

All ages are welcome - must be comfortable with light walking and exercises
