Known for its slow, circular movements and body+mind alignment, Taiji has become increasingly popular amongst urbanites looking for relief from their fast-paced lives.
Regarded as moving meditation, Taiji is practiced by all ages in over 150 countries and regions.

Venue & practice space
Our Tampines Hub level 5 - open space along jogging track. For direct access, take the lift from lobby J (near the taxi stand along Tampines Ave 4).
*Due to renovation on level 5, practice place is changed to level 3 till further notice*
To foster a calm and comfortable environment, and personalised learning tailored to each person's needs, we keep to a smaller more exclusive group size. We love intergenerational learning and welcome all ages and backgrounds. Session will be conducted in English, with occasional mandarin, when needed.
