*Wudang Zhaobao Taijiquan, recognised as the original style created by Zhang Sanfeng, has been designated as an "intangible cultural heritage" in China. This traditional, non-religious form of Taiji emphasizes gentle movements, complete mind-body relaxation, and the cultivation of Qi (internal energy). It is associated with traditional Chinese medicine and has been shown to enhance overall well-being.
Who can attend
All ages are welcome - just need to be comfortable with light walking and exercises. Bring your buddy, partner, or family and make it a fun, bonding session! Session will be conducted in English.
*Note this terrain is beginner - flat ground and wheelchair-friendly.
What to wear/bring
Comfortable exercise attire - loose-fitting top + pants, and flat-soled walking shoes
Insect repellent
