Background

In 2020, UNESCO named Taijiquan an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
Known for its slow, circular movements and body+mind alignment, Taiji has become increasingly popular amongst urbanites looking for relief from their fast-paced lives.
Regarded as moving meditation, Taiji is practiced by all ages in over 150 countries and regions.
Wudang Zhaobao Taijiquan is recognised as the original style by Zhang Sanfeng. This non-religious Taiji form focuses on traditional and proven methods, and emphasizes gentle, back- and knee-friendly movements, and full mind-body relaxation. This much obscure form links to TCM and has shown to improve physical health and enhance mental well-being.
