Lauryn Tang, certified positive psychology practitioner, mindfulness and life coach; and Liu Yilong, Taiji master and 12th descendent of Wudang Zhaobao Taijiquan (original ancient Taiji focused on harnessing qi/internal energy). Sessions will be conducted in English.
